Casey is a petite, bi-color DSH estimated to be about 1 year old. She was found abandoned at a gas station and while she presented as if she was on the streets for awhile; she has the most beautiful personality and demeanor. Casey runs to greet you and if you give her a perch or are close to her, she will gleefully get up into your arms and allow you to hold her. She can hardly contain her excitement for affection and gives you kisses as her gratitude for showing her love. Casey is not a demanding kitty and goes with the flow. She would be an amazing first kitty for someone or be a welcome addition for the veteran cat owner. She loves being doted on and could easily be an only kitty or would fit well with other cats, dogs and/or children assuming the standard, slow introductions (and/or, proper pet handling). However, she will probably need them less than your other family members! This little beauty queen follows your lead, whether you want to play or curl up with a book…she is there for it all! She really enjoys interactive toys but also does well by herself. She has been curling up on a cat bed. I think she will appreciate just about anything she is given as she is so easy-going. Casey is a lover and will need someone who appreciates a cuddler. She is going to want to be in on the action of the household and is very confident and rolls right into new experiences wonderfully. She has perfect litter box manners, drinks, and eats normally. We have been trying different types of wet food, but nothing has interested her yet but as with any kitty, getting some moisture outside of water in her diet will best serve her. Apply today for this special kitty…she will not last long once someone meets her as she will most certainly steal their heart!
Casey is an extra special cat as she has chronic rhinitis. Rhinitis is a condition in which the nasal passageway in the cats nose are inflamed. This causes excess nasal discharge and sneezing. Casey is otherwise a happy, healthy cat that is expected to live just a long as any other cat!
This cat has been spayed/neutered, tested for FeLV/FIV (negative), up to date on vaccinations, and microchipped.
