CAT LOUNGE TERMS and BOOKING TERMS

It the customer’s responsibility to make sure they and everyone in the group they book for are aware of all the cat lounge terms and adhering to them.

– General Cat Lounge Terms –

• Always check-in at the cafe counter before entering the lounge.
• Upon entry, and leaving, make sure the first door is closed before opening the second so cats do not escape. 
• Use hand sanitizer before petting cats and after.
• Do NOT wake a sleeping cat. (Soft pets and photos, no flash, are fine)
• Do NOT pick up cats. (Unless they sneak into the double doorway. In that case only you can help them safely back into the cat lounge.)
• Do NOT use your fingers or toes to play with cats, pull on, push, or chase a cat.
• No treats from home or other establishments allowed. Do NOT feed cats any human food or drinks. Make sure to watch any food/beverage you bring into the room and take it out with you as well. (We sell a certain amount of cat treats for purchase each day, ask if there are some available when you check in.)

– Extra Reminders (Kids) –

• All kids 7 – 10 must be accompanied AND supervised by an adult during general admission.
• 1 adult 18+ per every kid (7-10). Max 3 kids per hour at Roseville. Max 5 Kids per hour at NH.
• Kids under 7 years are ONLY allowed in during Exclusive Cat Lounge Admission.
• Do NOT touch the cat food or water!
• Do NOT climb on the furniture. Furniture is for butts, NOT feet.
• Use inside voices. (No screaming.)
• No running please. (This can scare the cats.)

– Exclusive –

• Kids: All ages welcome, but parties with children under 12 years must have adults monitoring them. It is 1 adult (18+) per 4 kids MINIMUM.
• Roseville we have a maximum of 20 people allowed int he cat lounge. If you bring more than 20 people, the extra people will have to stay in the cafe. If you would like to bring a larger than 20 person group, look at New Hope bookings. We will turn away anyone not following the rules on limits.
• New Hope has a 25 people maximum.
• 1 adult 18+ per every 4 kids minimum at Roseville
• 1 adult 18+ per every 5 kids minimum at New Hope

– Important –

• Cats can bite and scratch. Use common sense around the cats.
• Hang up your coats, and large bags in the double doorway upon entry.
• Leave your cat (and all pets) at home. They will not be allowed in the cat lounge or cafe.
• Payment is final. No refunds, cancellations, or rescheduling.
• We do not guarantee that any cat will still be available for adoption at your visit or be at the cafe.
• Your appointment is made for the location you booked at. It is on the purchaser to know which location they made the appointment for and it is not changeable. 

Anyone not adhering to the rules will be asked to leave and no refund given.

Thank you for understanding that these rules are in place to maintain a comfortable and safe environment for both the cats and people.

PAINTING CLASS SPECIFIC TERMS

– If you send a photo with 2 cats you MAY NOT COMPLETE your picture in the class. Please send a photo of 1 cat to make sure you are able to finish the painting.
– All materials needed for the class are provided.
– All bookings are final, there are no cancellations, rescheduling, or refunds.
– Ages 16+

NOTE: Minimum of 5 people must sign up for the class for the cafe to host the event. In the case that does not happen The Cafe Meow will connect with you the day before and reimburse you.

YOGA CLASS WAIVER and TERMS

In signing below I agree that The Cafe Meow is in no way responsible for the safekeeping of my personal belongings while I attend class. I also understand that classes at The Cafe Meow may be physically strenuous, and I voluntarily participate in the class/classes with full knowledge that there is risk of personal injuries or damages, foreseeable and unforeseeable. I hereby agree to irrevocably release and waive any claims that I have now or may have hereafter against The Cafe Meow and it’s instructors.

I have read and fully understand and agree to the above terms of this Liability Waiver Agreement. I am signing this agreement voluntarily and recognize that my signature serves as complete and unconditional release of all liability to the greatest extent allowed by law in the State of Minnesota. I hereby declare myself physically and mentally well and capable of participation in the yoga class.

– All bookings are final, there are no cancellations, rescheduling, or refunds.
– Event is for 16+ only!

PLEASE MAKE SURE TO BRING YOUR OWN YOGA MAT!

SNUFFLE BALL CLASS WAIVER

In checking the box below I agree that The Cafe Meow and it’s instructors are in no way responsible for any injury incurred during the class. I also understand that classes at The Cafe Meow may have risk of personal injuries or damages, foreseeable and unforeseeable. I hereby agree to irrevocably release and waive any claims that I have now or may have hereafter against The Cafe Meow and it’s instructors.

I have read and fully understand and agree to the above terms of this Liability Waiver Agreement. I understand if I am signing up for more than myself that the people I bring are aware and agree to these terms. If I am bringing a person of 16-18 years old I understand that I am responsible for them and sign on their behalf.
