Hello! My name is Nyx, and I’m a charming tuxedo kitty in search of a loving family to call my own. Since being rescued, I’ve been learning how to be part of a family, and I’m proud to say I’ve caught on quickly! I am an inquisitive and affectionate young cat who thoroughly enjoys playtime.
I enjoy all kinds of toys, playing in boxes, tunnels, and cat trees. Treats are my weakness—I adore all types of tasty foods, especially my favorite churru treats! While I’m not quite used to being picked up or held yet, I can be coaxed onto your lap with plenty of gentle pets or a delicious treat. When I want attention, I’ll rub up against you, purring happily, and then flop over beside you to make biscuits.
I might be a bit cautious at first as I adjust to a new environment and new faces, but I promise to warm up quickly! I’ve never encountered a dog or been outside, but I am pretty adaptable and enjoy watching the world through the window.
I was fostered with my friend Yuri, and we had a blast wrestling and playing together. We would make a great pair if you’re considering adopting two kitties! Otherwise I would love to be adopted into a home with another friendly feline to play with.
I would do best in a home with moderate activity, with a family that has patience, understanding, and plenty of time to give me the attention I need to thrive. If you think you could be the perfect match for me, I can’t wait to meet you and start our new adventure together!
This cat has been spayed/neutered, tested for FeLV/FIV (negative), up to date on vaccinations, and microchipped.
