She’s the perfect mix of playful and laid-back—whether she’s lounging on her cat tree, batting around a catnip toy, or curling up next to you on the couch for some quality snuggle time. Popcorn would thrive as a spoiled only cat, soaking up all your attention and affection, but she can also coexist peacefully with other feline friends after slow introductions. She’s been wonderful with the kids in her foster home and would be a great companion for a family. While big, loud dogs make her nervous, she might do okay with a calm, respectful pup. She’s a total foodie and never turns down a tasty treat or mealtime. Step 2. Apply Online. Twin Cities Pet Rescue has been helping animals since 2009. TCPR vision is a humane country in which animals are treated with compassion and respect. They have a large network of foster homes that help them save pets that mainly come from impound and shelters with high kill rates. Their teams and board are comprised of volunteers dedicating their free time, energy and compassion to these animals. Make sure to specify my name under the question, “animals interested in”.
