Chirp came to us after his human had died and left him to fend for himself under the deck. A kind neighbor found him and immediately called us to get him to safety.
Chirp is quite the character. He is a very determined boy who LOVES to play. He is very high energy and fearless to most things. He does play a little rough and would do well with a confident buddy cat to keep him entertained. He does occasionally slow down for cuddle time though. He is good about being held and enjoys a little lap time too. He does have a tendency to get a little overstimulated if given too much cuddle time, but we feel that this will get better as he settles into his new surroundings.
Since Chirp is more strong-willed, we feel that he should not be in a home with young children, however, we do think that another younger kitty in the home would be good to keep him company while his human is away. We are not sure how he would be around a dog.
Chirp has been neutered, microchipped, vaccinated, and tested for FeLV/FIV (negative). His adoption fee is $150+tax
