Hello, my name is Cigano! I came to Ruff Start from a local impound where I was very scared and shut down. I am shy at first and usually find a safe place to hide, but after sometime will come out and socialize! I’m super friendly and love to lay on you and get attention! My future soulmate must know that I’m pretty vocal. I cry A LOT! My foster mom doesn’t quite know why and it might subside but it also might not, I’ll need someone that will be okay with that. I’m a total sweetheart who doesn’t have an aggressive bone in my body. My foster mom even picks me up and I’m okay with that.
