HTTR met Briggs while we were hosting a trap-neuter-return/spay-neuter clinic. He and his brother Gimpy were unable to be neutered due to the massive infection in their testicales. Apparently there was another spicey male cat that insisted on biting them there! OUCH! They needed to be seen by a full service veterinarian so the owner surrendered them. We were thrilled because we can’t imagine what it would be like stuck in a house with such a bully! It took months for Briggs to come out of his shell but once he does it’s “Meow, meow, meow, meow, meow…” Morning “Meow”, afternoon “Meow”, dinnertime “Meow, bedtime “Meow” you catch the drift! Briggs has been with other cats before and is just fine but please watch out for bullies! He has been around dogs and can take them or leave them. We feel in a past life Briggs was a trapeze artist in a traveling circus. He can and will climb to be up as high as possible. There is no obstacle too tall for him to leap so he hopes his new family has MANY places for him to climb and watch his family from above.
Briggs has been neutered, tested for FeLV/FIV/HW (negative), vaccinated, internal parasite tested (negative), and microchipped. His adoption fee is $200+ tax.

An Eartip is a Badge of Honor
If I am in an adoption program, it means someone took the time to work with me after trapping. They showed me love, taught me to trust, and gave me the confidence to love back so much that I would live my best life indoors with a family.
If you see me in an outdoor home sporting an eartip, it means someone cared enough about me to get me vetted, neutered, vaccinated and make sure I have the best life in my outdoor colony.
