Meet Wisteria. She’s not full of drama like those crazy desperate housewives on Wisteria Lane. No, she’s a petite and sweet girl, just like a flower. Wisteria is a friend to all felines and is gentle and kind. When it comes to her human family, she enjoys being held and receiving lots of pets. She may act a bit shy and demure initially, but if she sees other kitties getting attention she’s not shy about joining in to be sure she gets her fair share. Wisteria will happily sit in your lap all day while you do your daily computer tasks. She’ll gently nudge you where she’s feeling ignored or decides you need to take a break. If you’re not petting her in the right spot, she’ll gently guide your hand – either with her head or her paws, to the place she most enjoys being pet and scratched. If you try to stop before she’s done, Wisteria will gently grab your hands with her paws and guide them back to her. Wisteria is an even and gentle temperament and doesn’t overstimulate easily, so she’d do well and be tolerant of little humans without concern. You’ll know you’ve won her heart when she jumps up into your lap for snuggles. And, if you’re really lucky, she’ll fall asleep in your arms while allowing you to gently caress her belly and softly purring.
