Yes, I am one good looking boy! Yes, my eyes are dashing! Yes, I am a Siamese- a
Snowshoe that is. Hey everyone, my name is Huck and I have one of the best
looking grumpy old man faces you’ll ever see! I came from a home that had 80+
cats. There were so many boys and all we did was fight, fight, fight. There was a
fight for the ladies, food, and territory. I was waiting at animal control listed as a
feral cat destined to be euthanized. HTTR took me in for a potential barn kitty but
within a few days I started to shine! I am very nervous in new situations. I’ve learned
to be scared, hide, and stay out of danger’s way. My new home will need to be
patient with me and have no expectations of a cuddly friend. Who ever adopts me
must be willing to take baby steps in introducing me to the home. I should live in the
bathroom or bedroom then make my world a little bigger each week. Old or no
children would be best, just a quiet home to live life. I enjoy a place without children
or at least 16 years and older. No dogs please but cats would be good. I may be
okay on my own but could benefit from a confident sweet feline friend; bullies need
not apply. I have never been outside before so no catio or harness training for this
guy. We are aware it’s a lot to ask, but promise I’ll be a good independent friend to
you!
Just to Review:
🐱Living Arrangements: Indoor only. No outdoor time or harness walking!
🐱Good w/ Cats: SURE! It might be a good idea to have a confident feline friend.
But, I might do okay on my own.
🐱Good w/ Dogs: No thank you!
🐱Good w/children: No thank you!
🐱Other: My family must be willing to go slow and start small.

An Eartip is a Badge of Honor
If I am in an adoption program, it means someone took the time to work with me
after trapping. They showed me love, taught me to trust, and gave me the confidence to
love back so much that I would live my best life indoors with a family.
If you see me in an outdoor home sporting an eartip, it means someone cared
enough about me to get me vetted, neutered, vaccinated and make sure I have the best
life in my outdoor colony.
