Those eyes peeking down at you or out from the cubby is me! My name is Leigh Annette and I am thrilled to be here! I was part of an 80+ colony being TNR’d in MN. The caregiver noticed I wasn’t doing well after being spayed so reached out for help. HTTR was able to take me in and provide the remaining care I needed to pull through. Let’s be real, no one thought I would make it. But here I am! While getting healthy I was by myself in a kennel. I would see other cats walk by and I would scream at them. Not to be sassy but rather I just really wanted a friend. I have a lot to say, sometimes I’ll chat back but other times I’ll get embarrassed and stop chatting when you catch me. I LOVE my hammock! Every morning I greet my foster with both front paws hanging over the edge giving the most photogenic pose! I;m pretty shy about new situations and really need help with confidence. This is why I thought I’d give you some tips! I am very picky with canned food- fancy feast shreds are my favorite. I’m good at picking pills out of my food so don’t even try it! Lastly, I may not act like I want you to pet me, coming at my face can make me nervous BUT please keep trying cuz the moment a hand scratches my neck or butt I’m in love! I will need to go to a home who will have patience with me. Another cat is a must. I may be young but my kitten-crazy is over so I seem to get along with most other kitties. Dogs are fine and older children would be okay too. So if you’re ready to give my cute squeaky self a forever home, let’s pack up and go!
Just to Review:
🐱Living Arrangements: Indoor only. But an enclosed catio would be cool. No harnesses
🐱Good w/ Cats: Yes, and a must to have a feline friend
🐱Good w/ Dogs: Sure! No chasing please!
🐱Good w/children: Not much experience but over 12 years might be okay
🐱Other: The veterinarian recommends regular check ups for my teeth to catch any dental problems in the future.

An Eartip is a Badge of Honor
If I am in an adoption program, it means someone took the time to work with me after trapping. They showed me love, taught me to trust, and gave me the confidence to love back so much that I would live my best life indoors with a family.
If you see me in an outdoor home sporting an eartip, it means someone cared enough about me to get me vetted, neutered, vaccinated and make sure I have the best life in my outdoor colony.
