Do you need a friend? I need a friend! Don’t like to be alone? I am NEEDY! Hey! Possum here and am I about ready to light up someone’s life! My foster says I am a busy boy who has soooooo much to say; I’m known as more of a talker than a listener. Adventure is my middle name! I love other cats, I bet I’d like dogs, I like kids, I like the outdoors, I like the sunshine, I like to play, I love life! Now a cat like me is not for everyone. Please keep in mind you will never have a personal moment again without me staring at you- yes that means anything you’re doing in the bathroom. My personality screams being trained on a harness or having a catio. I’d love to learn new tricks through positive reinforcement. I may look like a possum but act like a dog, or cat, maybe I’m a catdog? Well that is certainly something I would enjoy having a conversation with you about! Grab your coffee and sit right down- you’re mine and not going anywhere!
Just to Review:
🐱Living Arrangements: Indoor only. But an enclosed catio and/or harness walking after proper training would be fun.
🐱Good w/ Cats: I NEED friends, especially when you are gone! But please don’t be gone too much!
🐱Good w/ Dogs: I have not really been around them long but I’d bet I’d like them if they were nice to me!
🐱Good w/children: I’d be great with any age BUT keep in mind I am busy so littles may get scratched.
🐱Other: I talk A LOT! Like a lot a lot! And am a busy guy- I am SUPER needy! I’d love a family who will make me a part of their life. PS- I do struggle a bit with transitions so please be patient when I come home.
Possum has been neutered, tested for FeLV/FIV/HW (negative), vaccinated, internal parasite tested (negative), and microchipped. His adoption fee is $225 which includes tax.

If I am in an adoption program, it means someone took the time to work with me after trapping. They showed me love, taught me to trust, and gave me the confidence to love back so much that I would live my best life indoors with a family.
If you see me in an outdoor home sporting an eartip, it means someone cared enough about me to get me vetted, neutered, vaccinated and make sure I have the best life in my outdoor colony.
