Hello! My name is Snowy and I was rescued along with Molly from a situation with other cats. I’m super soft on the outside, and softer on the inside. I was shy when I was first brought in, but within a few weeks I remembered how wonderful life was indoors. Still, life needs to happen on my terms, and I will need a patient family to show me that they’re trustworthy before I’ll feel comfortable.

If you play with me lots and give me a safe, calm environment, I will be all yours in no time! My foster mom and Here To The Rescue are cat socializing pros and can give you all the best tips and tricks for how to best introduce me into your home! But do you have toys? I’ll be your bestest buddy if you play with me with wand toys. And I’ll talk allll about those toys! I love to rub up on everything, and I mean everything. I’ll follow you around to see what you’re up to and rub up against your legs, furniture, my cat buddies, everything. It makes me feel safe. I’m not sure about being picked up yet, or sitting on laps, but I always want to be close to you!

I love to play! My favorite playtime is chasing a “Da Bird” feathered wand toy. I also enjoy chasing ping pong balls and batting around stuffies and toy mice. I’ll warm up to you with back scratches but will always protect my head. I’m just not too keen on head pets, but I’m working up to that. I do LOVE other cats and will thrive in a home with a furry feline friend or two to keep me company. I can’t wait to meet my purrfect furever home. Is it with you??

Please know, I’m never going to be your adventure cat. A sunny window or well-secured catio is ok, but I’m not gonna be one for leash training or outdoor wandering. I’ve lived on those mean streets long enough, so please let me live out my days inside.

Snowy has been spayed, tested for FeLV/FIV/HW (negative), vaccinated, internal parasite tested (negative), and microchipped. Snowy has nystagmus, a condition common in Siamese where her eyes shift back and forth. Sometimes it takes her a bit to focus on something very close to her, but her vision isn’t affected and she doesn’t require special care.

If I am in an adoption program, it means someone took the time to work with me

after trapping. They showed me love, taught me to trust, and gave me the

confidence to love back so much that I would live my best life indoors with a family.

If you see me in an outdoor home sporting an eartip, it means someone cared enough about me to get me vetted, neutered, vaccinated and make sure I have the best life in my outdoor colony.
