I’m Brandy Leigh, but you can just call me Brandy! I joined Ruff Start Rescue after my family could no longer care for me anymore. I am a bit of a nervous-nelly. You will most likely usually find me softly hissing, but rest assured it’s all talk. If you brave my tough exterior and give me some pets, you will quickly see how much of a lover I am. I love, love, love brushies and catnip toys. I’m an observer, the kind that likes to watch the world go by from the comfort of a tall perch! I am an older gal, you can usually find me lounging around and taking long cat naps, none of that crazy kitten energy! I prefer to keep all 4 paws on the ground, if you pick me up you will quickly know I am uncomfortable by my stiff body language. My ideal home would be somewhere I could consider my retirement home, a quiet place without too much chaos and busyness.
