Hey there! My name is Buddy, and I’m finally ready to find my forever home after a rough start to the year. Last winter was pretty tough; I was found outside with a knee infection and couldn’t put much weight on it. But thanks to some amazing people and lots of care, I’m all healed up now! You might notice a little limp in my step sometimes, but it doesn’t slow me down much and won’t require any additional medical care. As my name suggests, I’m a real buddy. I absolutely adore people and will happily follow you around the house, just waiting for a chance to hop on your lap for some snuggles. When I’m not glued to you, you can usually find me sprawled out on my back, looking ridiculously cute. I’m moderately active. I enjoy a good play session, watching the world go by from the window, and especially getting some belly rubs! I also appreciate a tasty bit of wet food now and then, but mostly I’m a dry food kind of guy (and I’ll definitely let you know when my bowl gets low!). I get along well with other friendly kitties and didn’t even bat an eye at the neighbor’s big dog. If you’re looking for a loyal, loving kitty companion to spend your days with, I’m your guy!
