Carlisle is a dashing young orange tabby with a heart full of love and a streak of mischief. Rescued from a hoarding house with over 30 cats, this resilient boy has emerged with a playful spirit and a love for life. Though he may be a bit shy at first, Carlisle quickly blossoms into an outgoing, snuggly companion who will keep you endlessly entertained.  Carlisle’s curiosity knows no bounds—don’t be surprised to find him lounging in the bathtub or investigating a new nook in your home. He has energy to spare and absolutely adores playtime. Whether he’s chasing a wand toy (leaping so high it’s like he’s sprouted wings!) or playfully jumping out at you from behind a corner, Carlisle is a bundle of fun. Sometimes he gets so caught up in the action that he wears himself out, so you’ll need to remind him to take breaks.

This silly goose also has a softer side. He loves belly rubs and enjoys being picked up and held like a baby—as long as you tell him how good he is and scratch his ears. Carlisle is happiest when he’s with his cousin, Mr. Mistoffelees, a tuxedo boy who shares his past. Though the two hadn’t seen each other in over six months, they instantly reconnected in their foster home and became inseparable. Carlisle’s confident, outgoing personality helped shy Mr. Mistoffelees realize that humans are pretty great.  The pair loves to race through kitty tunnels, climb cat trees, and zip around so fast that all you see is an orange and black blur. After their wild play sessions, they curl up together on the couch, ready for snuggles and pets. While Carlisle is more outgoing than his cousin, he’ll still need a little time to adjust to a new home.

Carlisle and Mr. Mistoffelees would love to find a forever home together, but if adopted separately, Carlisle will thrive in a home with another playful feline friend. With Carlisle in your life, you’ll have a devoted companion who brings laughter, love, and endless entertainment. Could you be the one to give this sweet boy his happy ending?

Step 1. Visit me today! A meet-and-greet is required to start the adoption journey. Use this special space to connect and ensure you’re bringing home the right cat for your family. Repeat visits are always encouraged to build a stronger connection!

Step 2. Apply Online. Twin Cities Pet Rescue has been helping animals since 2009. TCPR vision is a humane country in which animals are treated with compassion and respect. They have a large network of foster homes that help them save pets that mainly come from impound and shelters with high kill rates. Their teams and board are comprised of volunteers dedicating their free time, energy and compassion to these animals. Make sure to specify my name under the question, “animals interested in”.
