Ernie is a playful striped tabby boy. He has wonderfully soft fur and a sweet personality. He and his siblings were all born on the streets of Edina and were living in the backyard of a nice couple that was feeding them. Thankfully they were rescued just as it was starting to get cold. Even their mom and dad were rescued as well. You can often find him lounging atop 1 or more of his siblings splayed out taking a snooze. He will greet you at the door though when you enter and will definitely let you know if it’s dinnertime with his sweet and plaintive meows.
When he’s not snuggled up on a cat bed or blanket and enjoying the warmth of the indoors he can be found playing with his toy mice. He also loves it when his foster mom plays with him with the wand toy. The flying neon worm is his favorite. He and his brother Stanley start to purr almost just by looking at them. Ernie would be overjoyed to be adopted with one of his siblings so they can continue to be snuggle buddies for life. But having another young, playful cat in his home will also do!
This cat has been spayed/neutered, tested for FeLV/FIV (negative), up to date on vaccinations, and microchipped.
