Gibson had been abandoned at a recycling site in rural Minnesota when temps were very cold. A local rescue took him in and gave him the care he needed until he could find his way to us.
Gibson is a shy boy – moreso when he is in a new environment. When he was first rescued, he refused to make eye contact and tried desperately to be “invisible”. He has since realized how great it is to be back indoors and getting lots of TLC. He is very fond of getting pets and is a transpiring lap cat. He is very docile and even likes to be held. He has always been a gentleman and will even seek out attention.
Gibson seems to do well with other cats and would be a good buddy cat. He may even be ok as an only kitty provided his human is not gone for very long. Due to his shyness, we feel that he may not do well around children or dogs.
