Hi, I’m lazy Luke! I am so happy to be in from the cold, after living most of my life outdoors. I’m getting used to being an indoor cat which is so cool because my family rubs my tummy which is always guaranteed to make me purr. Sometimes I just look up at them and wish I could say “thank you”. My foster mom says I’m a big teddy bear and the sweetest, best mannered orange cat she’s ever met! I like taking long naps in our kitty house where I can hide awhile or watch the outside world from the window sill. I’m not sure what my people want me to do with these things they call toys, but I watch my house- brother Maxx play with them and maybe I’ll try it one day. I am hoping to find a quiet forever home with lots of love.

Hi, I’m Maxx and I’m so happy to be in a warm house with my buddy Luke! I’m still quite shy with new friends, especially men, but I’m getting braver every day! I also startle easily by loud noises; I would benefit from a calmer home environment. My foster family brushes me daily and I love to have my tummy rubbed. These toy things are kind of cool but my favorite play is the wrestling I do with my foster mom when she lets me play bite her hand. Afternoon naps are my very favorite and I will curl up on a lap, by the window or even venture to the upper floor once in a while. I’m hoping to find a forever home with someone who will play with me and scratch my whiskers.
