Rebel is a sweet and shy girl that will warm up to you and love pets. She came to TCPR from a partner shelter in Iowa. Rebel was initially brought to the shelter in 2021 but overlooked for years. So we’re hoping that the move to MN will help her find the home she has been patiently waiting for!
