Hello! My name is Pixie! I was rescued from the streets along with my kitten. He found a home quickly, but I was a little shy at first and needed time to remember how good indoor life was. Everyone thinks I’m a kitten too but I’m just a little girl about a year old.
I act like a kitten though! I have BOUNDLESS ENERGY!! My foster parents call me the energizer bunny of kitties. I’ll be around your feet and in your lap, but I’ll wriggle a lot, playing with your glasses and rolling over and just non-stop moving!
I love to play! I enjoy chasing ping pong balls and batting around crinkle balls and toy mice. I like playing with people with wand toys. I’ll need lots of toys to keep me stimulated. I like when my foster parents switch out toys every couple of weeks, and I especially like playing with other cats or kittens. One of my favorite things is watching all the birds at the bird feeder. I like bird videos on YouTube, too. They’re fun to watch!
I love other cats a lot!! I was paired with another foster and weI would eat together and sleep together and groom each other all the time. It’s an absolute must that I go to a home with a friendly furry feline to keep me company.
Please know, I’m never going to be your adventure cat. A sunny window (with one of those bird feeders please) or well-secured catio is ok, but I’m not gonna be one for leash training or outdoor wandering. I’ve lived on those mean streets long enough, so please let me live out my days safely inside. I can’t wait to meet my purrfect furever home. Is it with you??
- Needs to live with another cat or cats

- No leash training or outdoor life
Note: Pixie was fostered with Mister Magoo, another Café cat.

An Eartip is a Badge of Honor
If I am in an adoption program, it means someone took the time to work with me
after trapping. They showed me love, taught me to trust, and gave me the
confidence to love back so much that I would live my best life indoors with a family. If you see me in an outdoor home sporting an eartip, it means someone cared enough about me to get me vetted, neutered, vaccinated and make sure I have the best life in my outdoor colony.
