Sally Mae came to us from rural Minnesota as a stray. Sadly, she had been in a dangerous situation and needed immediate rescue. Of course, we could not say no to helping this sweet fur baby.
Sally Mae is a shy gal who will take a little while to warm up to new environments. Once she does, she is a very sweet and affectionate kitty. She is good about being held for short periods of time and will reward you with her gentle purr. She seeks out attention and loves to get pets! She seems to do well around other kitties and would probably appreciate having a play buddy in her new home. She may do ok as an only kitty provided her human is not gone for too long and is willing to spend lots of play time with her to keep her entertained. Due to her shyness, she would do best in a quiet home with no children. We are not sure how she would be around a dog.
Sally Mae has been spayed, microchipped, vaccinated, and tested for FeLV/FIV (negative). Her adoption fee is $150+tax
