Does the season have you down? Cold, warm, then cold again! Well we have the hunk of burning love you need to put that pep back in your step! This potato is looking for the salt to his vinegar. Xavier came to HTTR in October of 2020. He was found at a location that had several cats in dog pens outside with minimal to no housing. He was transferred to two shelters over this time but returned due to his shyness. Xavier has resided with us since and continues to blossom everyday! He is shy but when comfortable will roam the house, play with toys, and mother younger cats! That’s right, Xavier is a lover not a fighter! He is looking for a calmer home with no or older respectful children. Cat friends are a bonus, but no bullies or assertive personalities please. Dogs? No problem. He has been with older lazy puppers and barky puppies. He just watches them go by! Even though he would like to start a weightloss journey, dogs chasing him is not what he has in mind. Movie goer, bird watching, sun tanner, and a homebody is what he describes as his ideal mate!

An Eartip is a Badge of Honor
If I am in an adoption program, it means someone took the time to work with me after trapping. They showed me love, taught me to trust, and gave me the confidence to love back so much that I would live my best life indoors with a family.
If you see me in an outdoor home sporting an eartip, it means someone cared enough about me to get me vetted, neutered, vaccinated and make sure I have the best life in my outdoor colony.
