Reservations

We currently offer:
1. Cat lounge hours (Regular slots available for reservations below or you can walk-in and ask about availability. $10 purr-person)
2. Yoga With Cats (2 – 3 classes each month. Reservations ONLY. $20 purr-hour plus includes large tea to-go.)
3. Happy Hour (For April every Tuesday though Thursday we will offer 15 minute cat slots for $3. No reservations available. While supplies last.)

  • Book time at the cat lounge. $10 purr-hour purr-person.
  • We do try to leave room for same day tickets, but if you would like to make sure you get your spot please make an appointment. You do not have to book, there are 4 same day tickets every hour.
  • CHILDREN UNDER 13 MUST BE SUPERVISED BY AN ADULT! (CHILDREN UNDER 2 ARE FREE)
  • If you would like to order some food or coffee before your cat hour starts, please consider coming 15-20 minutes early.
  • Any no-show or cancelations (even in the case of weather) less than 24 hours before their appointment forfeit the payment.

eGift Cards & Events

Looking to book an event OR Looking to use a Gift Card to book? Please email us: your first name, last name, date, time you would like to book, how many people to book for, and if you would like to use a gift card the card number (please check availability first and book at least 1 day ahead).


RESCHEDULING / CANCELING

If you are RESCHEDULING ? CANCELING MAKE SURE YOU DO IT FOR ALL THE SLOTS YOU ORIGINALLY BOOKED FOR (EX if you booked for 3 people please make sure you reschedule for 3 people.) That can be done either from the confirmation page, the confirmation email or from the client account if you created one of those. Just click on each link in the email/page for each of the spots there, choose RESCHEDULE and choose the new date and time from there. Reminder if you are rescheduling or cancelling you must do it 24 hours in advanced.

STEP 1: SEE CONFIRMATION EMAIL AND SCROLL TO BOTTOM. CLICK ON “Change/Cancel Appointment”

 

STEP 2: Click on EACH ORANGE LINK in the GREEN BOX and reschedule or cancel EACH appointment. As you can see in the screen shot only one has been canceled.

STEP 3: After clicking the link above it will bring you to a page like this (see below)…. CLICK RESCHEDULE or CANCEL.
If rescheduling make sure there are ENOUGH spots available to reschedule your ENTIRE group.

If canceling after you have canceled for each person see below.

Please email us HERE if you canceled over 24 hours in advanced to make sure your cancelation refund is processed.
