Hello, I am the shy gal in the corner watching the chaos. But when it’s calm and quiet I like to creep my way around exploring my safe indoor world. My name is Blossom and I live up to my name. Slow to open up but when I do it’s a thing of beauty! I was a 3 month old kitten at the time my colony was TNR’d. The family originally said they wanted us back. We had not been handled or socialized much and had a safe colony to return to. But after being fixed, they changed their mind which left us homeless. HTTR was not sure what to do. SInce it was the winter time we stayed with them in the adoptable room. Overtime we started to come around to enjoying pets and trusting people. I am still very shy but thrive with my BFF Graice Lou. Gracie Lou and I are not related but ended up being kennel mates. She was a VERY outgoing kitten who made the world her oyster and taught me how to “cat”. We are now like peas and carrots and will need to remain together. We are good with other cats and dogs. Young children may be a bit too much, especially for me but we’d welcome those over 12 years and not incredibly “busy”. We will need time to acclimate to our new home or any other changes- yikes changes are scary! Our outdoor life is over, so no adventures, we must remain indoor only kitties. Renters beware we sound like a herd of elephants running through the house, your neighbors might not appreciate that. So if you are looking for a ying and yang duo, we are it!
Just to Review:
🐱Living Arrangements: Indoor only. But a completely enclosed catio might be cool some day. But make sure I am protected because I startle easily.
🐱Good w/ Cats: You bet! The more the merrier! No bullies please!
🐱Good w/ Dogs: Yeppers! I do not mind dogs but please don’t let them chase me.
🐱Good w/children: Not much experience but over 12 might be okay
🐱Other: I am incredibly nervous in new situations but once comfortable I will open up
Blossom has been spayed, tested for FeLV/FIV/HW (negative), vaccinated, internal parasite tested (negative), and microchipped. Her and Gracie Lou’s adoption fee is $450 which includes tax.
