Rome had been abandoned outside of an apartment building. We were told that residents would occasionally let him into the building to warm his feet during the bitter cold but soon he would be forced back outside with no shelter. We happen to be at the location to assist with other cats and could not turn a blind eye to this sweet boy. He was standing outside trying to keep his paws off the cold ground. He ran up to us pleading for help!
Rome is the sweetest boy! He is happiest when getting love from his human. He seems to be fine with other cats but does not seem to be dependent upon them. He would most likely be ok as an only kitty provided his human is home often to shower him with love and attention. He may even do well with an older well-mannered child; however, we are not sure how he would be with a dog.
Rome has been neutered, vaccinated, tested for FeLV/FIV/HW (negative) and microchipped.
