Shayla Is a very sweet gal with a heart of gold. She was found as a stray at a local community cat feeding station where the caregiver decided to get her inside and safe. Although she was microchipped, her previous owner wanted nothing more to do with her so she found her way to us and a new life.
Shayla can be a tad shy at first, but will soon show her true personality. She loves attention and appreciates pets and scritches. She seems to do well around other cats but may be okay as an only cat in her new home provided her human is home often to give her lots of TLC. She will need a human who can brush her often to keep her beautiful long hair looking its best. She may do okay with an older well-mannered child. To our knowledge she has not had any exposure to a dog.
Shayla has been spayed, vaccinated, tested for FeLV/FIV (negative) and microchipped. Her adoption fee is $230+tax

Step 2. Connect with the rescue. This cat is from No Kitten Left Behind-MN. They are a small, volunteer-run, foster-based rescue managed by one dedicated person. If you’re interested in adopting after meeting a cat, please email [email protected] to request an application. To help streamline communication, use the subject line: Application Request for [Cat’s Name] at TCM. In the email body, include when you met the cat and why you’d like to adopt them.
Step 3. Wait for an application to be sent back to your request. Please allow at least 72 hours for a response. If you don’t hear back after that, send a follow-up email in case the original was missed. Email is the best way to get in touch and begin the adoption process.
