Shimmer and Shine came into rescue as kittens; apparently abandoned by their previous home. Fortunately they found their way into our rescue on their journey to a new furrever home!
This adorable bonded pair will melt your heart in an instant. They live up to their names and are quick to seek out human attention. They love to be the center of attention and take part in whatever you are doing. Shimmer is the most confident of the two and sometimes can ‘outshine’ her brother with her strong purrsonality. She has also been known to drape herself across her human’s neck for extra cuddle time. This bonded pair will need a home where they can live out their lives together. They love to play and cuddle together. They seem to do well with other cats and may even do well with an older well-mannered child. To our knowledge they have not had experience with a dog.
Shimmer and Shine have been fixed, vaccinated, tested for FeLV/FIV (negative) and microchipped. Their adoption fee $460+tax

Step 2. Connect with the rescue. This cat is from No Kitten Left Behind-MN. They are a small, volunteer-run, foster-based rescue managed by one dedicated person. If you’re interested in adopting after meeting a cat, please email [email protected] to request an application. To help streamline communication, use the subject line: Application Request for [Cat’s Name] at TCM. In the email body, include when you met the cat and why you’d like to adopt them.
Step 3. Wait for an application to be sent back to your request. Please allow at least 72 hours for a response. If you don’t hear back after that, send a follow-up email in case the original was missed. Email is the best way to get in touch and begin the adoption process.
